EHSC was formed in 2010 in Somalia, having its main office in Mogadishu , Taleex Makkah Almukarramah Road, Hodan District, EHSC objective is to deliver high-impact, inclusive, and evidence-driven solutions that empower communities, businesses, and institutions across multiple development sectors. We aim to strengthen entrepreneurship, MSME growth, and economic resilience through tailored training, strategic business planning, and market-based interventions. Our support extends to agriculture and fisheries, where we promote sustainable practices, enhance value chains, and build local capacity for productivity and ecological balance. Additionally, we advance public health and WASH outcomes through community-cantered health promotion, water safety initiatives, and behaviour change strategies while ensuring trainings on child protection, protection mainstreaming, and prevention of exploitation, abuse, and neglect focus on upholding dignity, safety, and rights, emphasize safeguarding principles, accountability mechanisms, and the systematic integration of protection across all programs and operations.

We are committed to improving systems and accountability through robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E), supply chain optimization, and financial governance. Our work includes designing and implementing data-driven evaluations, developing SOPs and operational manuals, and conducting compliance audits aligned with donor standards. We also foster local talent through capacity building, staff development, and succession planning, ensuring long-term sustainability. By integrating conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and environmental sustainability into our programming, we support resilient communities equipped to thrive amid socio-economic and environmental challenges and compliance on ICT systems that meet regulatory standards, ensuring data accuracy through regular review and analysis, conducting system audits and troubleshooting to maintain security and reliability, and supervising construction activities with proper BOQ cost verification and structurally safe design.
